Privacy notice

1. Data controller

Anastasiia Adam
Hoffmannstraße 7
12489 Berlin
Germany
Email: video.adam.berlin@gmail.com

2. Providing the website

When you access this website, technical data may be processed, including your IP address, date and time, pages and files requested, volume of data transferred, request status, referring website, and browser and operating system information. This supports content delivery, reliable operation and security.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically reliable provision of the website.

3. Hosting and technical providers

The website is published through Sites by OpenAI and uses Cloudflare’s technical infrastructure. OpenAI and Cloudflare may process technical access data when providing the website. Content and photographs are delivered through this infrastructure.

Information about processing by these providers is available from OpenAI and Cloudflare. The specific retention period for technical logs is governed by the providers’ rules for the services used.

4. Contact fields and email delivery

The contact fields on this website prepare an email draft. You may enter your first name, last name, email address, shoot type, package, preferred date, message and other optional details.

The browser copies your entries into a message for your email app. There is no server-side form submission through Node.js. Only when you send the message from your email app is it transmitted through your email provider to video.adam.berlin@gmail.com. You can review, edit or discard the draft before sending it.

The controller receives the message in a Gmail inbox. Your email provider and Google, as the recipient’s email provider, process the message for transmission and mailbox operation. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy. The current website code does not store form entries in a customer database or in the browser’s local storage.

Data is used to process and answer your enquiry. Where the enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with a legitimate interest in handling the enquiry. This also applies when you contact us directly by email.

5. Free PDF guide

You can request the guide by email. The website opens a prepared draft for this purpose. Your sender address and the details you provide are used to send the requested guide personally by email and answer follow-up questions. Phone and Instagram details are optional. Requesting the guide does not commit you to a booking or to receiving advertising.

Processing the expressly requested guide is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is providing the information you requested.

6. Optional email information and offers

A separate, unticked checkbox lets you consent to photography tips and information about shoots and offers from Anastasiia Adam by email. Your choice and the corresponding consent text are included in the email draft. Consent is transmitted only when you send the message.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary. Processing your enquiry and sending the guide do not depend on it. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect by emailing video.adam.berlin@gmail.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Fonts, cookies and analytics

The current website code uses system fonts. It does not load fonts from Google Fonts. No analytics or marketing tools such as Google Analytics, or our own tracking cookies for advertising or analytics, are integrated. Technical processing by hosting and security infrastructure is separate from this.

Google Search Console is not integrated into the current website code. This notice will be updated if the services used change.

8. Recipients and international processing

Providers involved in processing include the hosting infrastructure and, for email contact, the relevant email providers. International providers may process data outside the EU or EEA. Their transfer mechanisms and safeguards are described in their respective privacy information, particularly that of Cloudflare and Google.

9. Retention periods

Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply. Bookings are also subject to the relevant statutory retention periods. For email advertising, your data is used until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends. Where proof of consent or withdrawal is required to protect legal claims, it may be retained for that limited purpose.

10. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. Please contact the controller named above.

Right to object under Article 21 GDPR

You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons relating to your particular situation. Processing will cease unless demonstrable compelling legitimate grounds override your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time; your data will then no longer be processed for that purpose.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Berlin, this is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin. Further information: www.datenschutz-berlin.de.
